TERMS & CONDITIONS 

        ELIGIBILITY:

1. Open only to customers purchasing residential solar systems from Barra Solar Power between 13 January 2025 and 20 December 2025, who choose the Tesla Powerwall Giveaway as their promotional option.  Also 1 spot will be given away for free to a Side Draw Winner.  For terms relating to our side draw please see that section of the T&C’s.  Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of Queensland, Australia.  Employees, immediate family members, and close associates of Barra Solar Power are not eligible to enter.

1. Entry Details:

   • One (1) entry will be provided for each eligible residential solar system installation and Side Draw Winner.

   • Two (2) entries will be granted if the system includes a Tesla Powerwall.

   • Entry details (first name, last initial) will be displayed on the giveaway webpage and updated weekly.

2. Prizes:

   • First Prize: Tesla Powerwall 3 (installed value approx. $18,000) or $10,000 cash. Customers who purchased a Tesla Powerwall will receive a Tesla Powerwall Expansion instead.

   • Second Prize: $1,000 gift card.

   • Third Prize: $500 gift card.

   • Gift cards will be from major brands and usable at most stores.

   • Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as offered, installed at the location of original install and media team present to record the event and installation of prize or acceptance of cheque or cash. 

3. Draw Details:

   • The draw will occur once 50 entries are filled or by 20 December 2025, whichever comes first.

   • The winner will be drawn live using a reputable chance wheel and announced publicly.

4. Tesla Powerwall Expansion Availability:

   • If the first-prize winner is eligible for the Tesla Powerwall Expansion, the prize will be delivered as soon as the product becomes available, expected in Q3 2025. Availability may vary, and Barra Solar Power is not responsible for delays outside its control.

5. Promotion Options:

   • Customers may choose either the giveaway entry, a free Gen Switch, or a Catch Power device as their promotional bonus. Only customers selecting the giveaway are eligible for the draw.

6. Transparency and Updates:

   • Barra Solar Power will update participant status weekly on the Tesla Giveaway webpage, listing the first name and last initial of each entrant.

7. General Conditions:

   • By entering, participants agree to have their first name and last initial published on the company’s website

   • Tesla Powerwall 3 installation and delivery must be within a reasonable Travel Distance – any delivery further than 100km and additional charges may apply. 

   • Prize Delivery Requirement:
     Delivery and installation of the prize (Tesla Powerwall 3, $10,000 cash, or Powerwall Expansion) will only occur after the customer’s solar system installation has been completed by Barra Solar Power. Prizes must be delivered to and/or installed at the original installation address and cannot be re-sold or onsold to another person/s.
   • Barra Solar Power reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time, including but not limited to eligibility, prize details, or delivery conditions, if required for fairness, legal compliance, or operational reasons. Any updates will be published on this website.

 SIDE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter: Barra Solar Power Pty Ltd

2. Eligibility:
   Entry to this side draw is open to residents of Queensland aged 18 years or older. Employees and immediate family members of Barra Solar Power are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter:
   Entry is free. Participants must follow at least 2 of our socials and complete the online webform / subscribe to our email list. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. The Prize:
   The winner of this side draw will receive one (1) confirmed entry spot in the Barra Solar Power Tesla Powerwall Giveaway (the “Main Giveaway”). This prize does not include the Tesla Powerwall itself but guarantees inclusion in the Main Giveaway draw.

5. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be selected at random via online chance wheel on the 13th of May or when all other general spots filled by Solar Purchases. The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.

6. Notification:
   The winner will be contacted via email and phone call within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days.  If it is discovered that fake details have been used in webform a re-draw will occur.

7. General:
   The Main Giveaway Terms & Conditions apply to the winner of the side draw once their spot is awarded. Barra Solar Power reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete or dishonest.

8. Privacy:
   By entering this side draw, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotion and future marketing communications, subject to Barra Solar Power’s Privacy Policy.
