We are based at Garbutt in Townsville, and our own licensed team travels to jobs across the region. Here is where we work, and what is different about each place.

Townsville
Home base at 13 Gurney St, Garbutt. Most of our work is across the city, from Bohle Plains and Burdell in the north to Belgian Gardens, Railway Estate and Pimlico, and out to Kirwan, Condon, Rasmussen and Cosgrove. Older homes can mean an older switchboard, so we check it first.
Magnetic Island
About 10 km offshore, reached by ferry from Townsville. We have installed on the island. Salt air is hard on equipment, and getting gear across takes planning, so we plan the job around both.
Ayr, Home Hill and the Burdekin
Cane country with big sheds and strong sun. We have completed jobs in Ayr and Home Hill. Ask about your address.
Burdekin pageIngham and Hinchinbrook
Greener and wetter than Townsville, and cyclone country. We have installed around Ingham and the Hinchinbrook area.
Ingham pageCharters Towers
Hotter, drier summers than the coast, so where the inverter sits matters. We have completed installs in Charters Towers.
Bowen
We have installed in Bowen too. It is a long run, so tell us your address and we will confirm we can get to you.

- A written proposal. We work from photos of your switchboard and a recent Ergon bill.
- A 10-year workmanship warranty. On top of the maker’s warranties.

Ergon approval is needed before installation, and export limits are set for each address. Our Ergon page explains how it works, and we lodge the application for you.
03Who does the work when you travel?
Our own licensed installers, from our Garbutt base. We never use subcontractors.

We usually start with photos of your switchboard and a recent Ergon bill, then send a written proposal.
